When I got my first Gingko plant I didn't expect it to have the intelligence of a full-grown tree. I knew it was very intelligent because every time I stood near it, the way I looked at the other plants changed. Its as if it inspired a clarity of vision in me so I could understand my other plants better, notice signs of trauma in them or discomfort and help them feel better, more comfortable that way. I owe much of my understanding of how plant emotion works to my Gingko plant.

The intelligence of the Gingko tree is amazing. No wonder it is one of the oldest surviving species in our earth's plant history. In its herbal extract form, as well as its energy essence form, besides furthering the capacity our brains to hold memory, comprehend and learn new things - even in old age, and keeping our skin cells fresh and rejuvenated, Gingko has some unique capabilities.

It is among the very few energy fields in nature that can both build and break down other energy fields. This is an invaluable aid to Tissue health and regeneration anywhere in the body.

This is because sometimes tissues are weak and need energy reinforcement so their cells can reproduce and fill up the area.
Other times the tissues have almost gone hard because they have too many cells there, living but under-performing - taking up space but not doing their job properly.

Gingko's energy field has the inbuilt intelligence to know which tissues or cells to break down and which to encourage or build up.

This means, when I come across a case of strong scar tissue and deep wound or injury in the same area (as is very common in people recovering from repetitive injury, wounds or burns of different intensity and depth in the same area) - I use the one ingredient to manage all the various levels of hurt. In an energy essence form, it becomes effective for both internal and external healing.

It also has deep and long lasting benefits for what I call energy field scar tissue.

Energy Field Scar Tissue is a layer of dull energy that layers an area of our body that has been exposed to trauma or injury repeatedly. Whenever there is an injury or high pressure over any area of our body, and it happens repeatedly, energy flows there again and again to heal the same place. The repeated activity results in a dull non-performing layer of energy there that doesn't fully conduct fresh energy through. Physically we feel a little numb and tender there but that might be the only indication we ever have of it being there at all. In the long term however, this energy scar tissue causes the area to 'atrophy' slowly losing its tissue regenerative powers.

It is the same thing as the soles of our feet developing hard skin to avoid getting hurt by sharp stones or rocks, except on a more subtle level. I have noticed energy field scar tissue build up over areas of the body where the person was repeatedly hit as a child, over internal organs that suffered abuse and even over the gums when the person had been repeatedly exposing them to strong medication!

Gingko is one of the energy fields that has the ability to work on these energy scar tissue - bringing long-yearned for relief and rejuvenation.

Gingko also supports fresh cell reproduction, even in places otherwise difficult to reach and heal; the eye muscle and tissue at the back of the eye-ball, gum tissue, heart muscle tissue, bone marrow, finger nerve tissue, spleen tissue and the list goes on and on.

There is yet another wonderful ability Gingko has, which is possibly the root of all its other effects, which has earned it the name 'Upside Down' in the field of energy medicine I am trained in.

This is its ability to change the body's polarity. Our energy fields and bodies are supposed to be magnetically in line with the earth's North-South Pole alignment. In changing seasons, and due to ill-health and so on, our energy fields can get sluggish and heavy taking time to adjust. Gingko's energy field is so fluid and exact in its own polarity that it immediately influences ours to correct our polarity as well.

It is this ability that makes it able to decide which tissue or cell energy field to break down or encourage. Those with the right polarity are living and 'rescuable'. Those with the wrong polarity cannot receive fresh energy and must go.

For a gentle energy field capture of Gingko,you need the fresh or dried leaves. You pour boiling water over about a table spoonful of these and count to 10. Now have the steam rising up condense on a spoon of silver or hardened glass. See the picture to the right for a simple home method. Even just a few drops on the spoon (or in the bowl) will charge about 100 ml of pure water. This will keep for 3 days refridgerated and 7 days frozen. It has to be taken 2 drops under the tongue directly or in water at room temperature.

In its more powerful basic energy field forms such as I use to make therapeutic energy medicine, Gingko is extremely unstable on its own as it constantly re-adjusts its own polarity and needs combining with Banyan (Ficus Religiosa), and /or some other wide stable energy field.

Gingko's energy essence has been used for eons now to wake up the Brain, stop the degeneration of Brain and other tissue, stop the spread of degenerative disease in general, aid restoration of muscle strength and elasticity, repair internal organs after surgery or deep injuries, restore the reproductive organs' ability to function and heal nerve and muscle tissues from the after effects of electric shock or lightning. In some cases it also helps the body recover from the strong effects of poison, toxic shock and snake-bite.
