Back in the old days when people were a lot more in touch with nature, simple green grass was all that was required for everything from dressing wounds to clearing up stomach problems. Horses and dogs still use grass as a heal-all. Many of us have enjoyed walking barefeet in the grass and we do know the rejuvenating effect of simply looking out at an expanse of verdant green grass.

Wheatgrass are the young shoots that wheat berries put out when planted or sprinkled on moist earth. The grass is beautiful to look at, smells fresh and has wonderful effects when its juice is had fresh in the morning. In its herbal extract form, it has anti-oxidant properties, rejuvenates liver function, balances blood platelet levels in the body and boosts the immune system. It energizes almost every part of the body.

In its energy field form though, it is a thousand times more powerful and has unique effects. These special effects are;

1) The energy field of Wheatgrass vibrates at the earth-energy frequency - also called the Schumann Frequency.
This means it is a WIDE all-encompassing energy field. This means that whenever it is introduced into our energy fields, it immediately absorbs into itself any imbalanced energy pattern. For this reason it helps dissolve the negative energy effects of geopathic stress, the effect of strong drugs and any truncated imbalanced energy field - like the energy fields of chemicals. It is therefore invaluable in building energy field strength, stability, and recovery from raiotherapy, chemotherapy and adrenal/electric shocks to the nervous system.

2) The energy field of Wheatgrass has its components moving in an anti-clockwise direction rather than clockwise.
This could also be called 'negative ion charge'. Why its so valuable is because energy fields with a negative ion charge literally 'negate' or end pollution, toxins and so on which are carried by positive ions. It literally clears up the energy field, like a whiff of negative ion-charged mountain air can clear the air in a room full of positive ion- charged air ( the air around smokers for example).

This property causes our energy fields to revert to their basic energy pattern, undoing all the 'conditioned' patterns of energy flow we have developed over the years, sometimes just out of bad habit, sometimes because of being exposed to other unhealthy energy patterns - some of which we even inherit from our ancestors. 3) The energy field of Wheatgrass causes the balance of energy levels in the body.
This is because it is so perfectly balanced in itself. By virtue of simply being in our energy field it causes our energy field to mirror its own balance. Our energy fields move according to polarity, and are constantly reacting to every energy around us. When we are faced by a completely balanced energy field, an energy field that literally is the energy pattern of the earth itself of which we are made, we react to it by becoming balanced ourselves.

This greatly aids in restoring emotional balance, stabilizing basal cell metabolic rate (and through it the entire's body's metabolism), temperature balance and all these lead to hormonal balance. All this without taking artificial hormone therapy or having to inject or swallow hormones like insulin and thyroid regulating hormone all the time just to keep the body balanced.

How to capture and use the energy field of Wheatgrass.

First you need wheatgrass. It is available fresh in most super-markets around the world. If not, you can buy wheat-berries, soak them in water for 6-12 hours and then sprinkle them over a deep plate or shallow container of moist earth. Cover it or keep it in a dark place, sprinkling water over it twice a day - till you see the little white shoots appearing. Now your wheatgrass is ready for a glorious display of earth-magic! Put it anywhere it gets sunlight - need not be direct light and keep watering twice a day. In the next few days you will see the little white shoots burst out emphatically and then grow almost every minute into lush, green, wires of springy dancing grass.

Imagine its your birthday and you're all alone in a big dark dusty city. You're really down. And then the doorbell rings. Weary and sore you open it anyway - to find your entire family and every real friend you ever had standing outside smiling at you, hugging you, with heaps of flowers and trays filled with your favorite food. That's how it feels when you see wheatgrass growing exuberantly, sparkling with joy right out of the thin air, defying every illness, every toxin, every piece of pollution.

Once you have fresh wheatgrass that's 7-9 days old, you can make your home-made energy treatment directly from the fresh wheatgrass or cut it, dry it and preserve it wrapped in paper (not plastic), in a clean dark dry cupboard. To capture its energy field, you need to put a few strands of it - fresh or dried - into a big cup or a bowl and pour boiling water over it. After about 30 seconds, you put a spoon/ piece of/ plate of pure silver/gold/hardened glass over the bowl and catch the steam rising up. The droplets of water now on the silver spoon are charged with the energy field of wheatgrass.

You gently pour the drops into a bottle that's not made of wood or metal, and pour more clean water over - water at normal room temperature ie.. 10 drops of the pure energy to 100 ml of water is an OK dilution level. You can keep this in the refridgerator for 3/4 days or freeze it into cubes - it will keep for a week. All you need is two drops twice a day in any liquid that's not hot, or directly into the back of the mouth.

You can use this remedy to help you recover from toxic shock, exposure to pollution, blood poisoning, geopathic stress, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, strong medication, adrenal exhaustion, any nervous system imbalance at all. It also aids in emotional healing from shock, trauma and helps you feel grounded. It corrects energy field polarity, balances metabolic rate, and hormonal levels. Taken over a period of six months to a year it will help undo the effects of any substance addiction, change genetic predisposition to certain diseases and prevent cancer remission.

The energy field of Wheatgrass has great value as a protection from extremeties - both physically and emotionally. It helps teenagers stay emotionally stable while going through hormonally over-active days. It helps women going through difficult periods, pregnancy and menopause, stay emotionally calm. In its more powerful forms, such as I use to make thereupatic energy medicine, the energy field of wheatgrass can cause temporary vertigo, dizziness and spinning, ringing in the ears, as the energy field gets charged up and changes polarity to match the earth's. To balance out the side-effects of a strong energy field of wheatgrass, without lessening its benefits in any way, I use the energy fields of Holy Basil (ocimum sanctum), Balsam , Neem (azarichta indica), Honeysuckle (lonicera) or Thyme - each of which causes the energy field to contract towards its own axis (in the case of humans, the vertical axis) thus negating the feeling of spinning or dizziness and keeping the energy field stable so it can retain the benefit of wheatgrass' influence for longer.
