Now, there really isn't such a thing as having extra energy. We and all of nature have
access to unlimited cosmic energy all the time, and will for as long as we are in our
bodies. All we can do is correct the way our body is managing energy so that we have
more energy that is free for us to use in whichever way we want. Doing this in an
imbalanced manner to gain just physical energy or just sexual or mental energy - the
way strong psychoactive substances do - is not a long term lifestyle solution as there
is always the swing back in the opposite direction and this hurts more than helps us.
If you make the following 5 simple tips part of your life, you will completely change the way you manage energy and rehabilitate yourself to have as much energy as you need just when you need it. 1) Work your lower body as much as you work your upper body. Most people today tend to use their upper body a lot more than their lower body. Whether by dance, yoga, or walking, working your lower body to have the same activity level as your upper body will help the body start conserving vital, physical and sexual energy, and this will help in more ways I can list here. 2) Do one thing different every day - some thing, any thing you don't do every day. This has to be something that you feel like doing and are not doing because you've planned to do it. Be unplanned atleast once a day. It fires up the Brain, gets the lungs taking in deep breaths, gets the senses really working, and the whole energy field in a state of peaceful excitement. 3) Allow yourself to face the heat of the sun, the cool of the moon and any weather extremeties in the area where you live. Being aware of the environment, weather, sunrise, sunset and the phases of the moon, automatically starts correcting the way we manage energy as we are all primally tuned to these natural cues. 4) Stop denying yourself experiences you really want. Most of the things we deny ourselves are not the dangerous or harmful ones. They're just the ones we don't think we should be giving our time, money and attention to. Sometimes we do this because we don't think we deserve to have them, or that there are other more important priorities to bother about, and so on. The fact however is, our cravings, desires and wishes, little or big, are what life is really all about and these are so very important for our actual literal health and strength (not to mention the happiness and bonding we share with loved ones). 5) Withdraw from energy draining conditions, situations and people. You can get back in the ring when you're able to fight and live at the same time. If you're drained and tired all the time, it means you're not ready right now. Our health, peace and happiness is important, to be given first priority. That's just how it is.
