Releasing Emotional and Psychosomatic Pain

Pain in the energy field is simply energy stopped or diverted from its natural path.

When we begin to feel pain that is not related to an actual physical injury, that is blocked energy asking to be released on its path.

Getting pain out of our energy fields, is very easy. All we need is to find our source of pain and become aware of it. From there, everything heals automatically.

The following are the five most common sources of Pain in the energy field.

Pain as Memory

One of our primal responses to intense experiences is to make a mark on our bodies - just like tattoos, but also deep within. This is because we want to remember an experience to react or do something about it later, when we can.

When did your pain first surface? It could be related to a memory you suppress within and feel ill equipped to face.

Become aware.

Second-Hand Pain or Pain as bonding.

Some times we feel connected to someone by remembering or feeling their pain. We feel like if we let the pain go, we will be letting them go, or letting them down.

Do you stay in pain to stay connected to someone, or a sense of duty to, or memory of someone?

Become aware.

Pain by Association

If Pain increases in certain situations, around certain places or things, its possible we are responding in a trained way to the situation. People tend to wince at the picture of bleeding wounds - even if its just a picture.

Check if your pain is part of subconscious reaction.

An example;
Crawled up in bed suffering with my umpteenth period cramp session, I tried sleeping. As I was falling asleep the memory of my first period came back and my tummy clenched. It was anything but serene, I was so terrified and scared my parents were going to break up - because of me. As I let myself remember, those scenes, those words, those faces, those smells, my stomach relaxed and the pain went away. I slept better than I have in a long while. Pain because of less energy or energy surge

Extreme energy levels can make the delicate nervous system report pain. To balance energy flow again, we need to rehabilitate the body's ability to get manage energy efficiently again.

A quick relief method for temporary help, is to sink the hands, feet or hair in clean fresh water. Water carries its own energy field and will for about 10 minutes swamp the energy field with its own balanced field.

. Awareness releases Pain

Give yourself the time and space to face your inner pain and the body will heal itself to mirror that healing.
