What is the difference between a Positively charged Energy Field and a Negatively
charged energy field?
Positive charge in an energy field is a pattern where energy is flowing outwards from
the center energizing the body and refreshing those around as well.
Negative charge in an energy field is a pattern where energy is flowing inward from
the peripheries of the body towards the center. This calms the body down, brings the
temperature of the body down as well as that of the immediate surroundings.
Both of these alternate through the day and are both vital for life in a body. While
most people do not like to have a negative charge or associate with people who are
negatively charged more often than not, because the emotions associated with it are
'looking inwards', isolation, and silence; the fact is, that good health and a strong
energy field require a person to have both these in balance.
Very often a person who is always exuding energy will require deep silence, isolation
maybe and a nice dark room to get recharged. Those who have most of these
'negative energy patterns' on a daily basis shine out strong and brave in crisis
situations and emergencies - beacons of positive energy for themselves and others.
Unhealthy energy fields move overwhelming positive or negative without
alternating or shifting pattern properly. If a person's energy moves outwards too
much or for too long, they become tired, burnt out, disillusioned, unable to enjoy
anything, crave over-strong tastes, sounds and could become hormonally imbalanced
and very often self-destructive.
If a person's energy moves inwards too much or for too much they become self
repressed, frustrated, volatile emotionally, have strong nerve or muscle pain for no
particular reason,suffer low self esteem, cannot sleep deep and have trouble believing in themselves,
trusting others or being hopeful of life.
Either way, the energy field swings extremely back the other way every now and
then in an effort to balance out and these extreme energy or mood swings should
actually be seen as a sign of recovery.
To balance the charge of an energy field, we need to get into a stable lifestyle. During
the daylight hours, energy fields in our environment are usually moving outwards or
have a positive charge. If we can tap into the rhythm of nature, our bodies also
balance out quickly enough. Between sunset and sunrise the next morning, most
earth energy fields move negatively or inwards and if we can rest too during this time, not
force ourselves to think or work strenously, we will also be rejuvenated to face the
new day like the rest of nature.
An exercise that greatly helps rebalance the enegry field is rhythmic breathing. Our
breathing pattern is related to our energy field patterns. When we breathe in, our
energy field expands, when we breathe out our energy field contracts. If we slowly
make our breathing pattern such that the time we take to breathe in and keep air in,
is approximately the same time we take to breathe out and keep air out, we actually
make our energy fields' inward vs outward flow balanced.
The effects of this balance on the body, mind and spirit are too many to name or list -
it is simply the highest aim of most ancient wellness and healing systems.
