Walking for Energy Field Healing and Health

Walking is probably the most natural physical exercise for us humans. It also has the
beautiful benefit of requiring nothing more than just our bodies. In response to
many people asking me 'What is the best energy balancing exercise?' I chose to write
this article, because Walking really is the best energy field healing exercise.
How to walk Naturally
Natural walking means you are putting both your feet down completely - heels first-
and lifting them up - heels first again. If for one reason or another you are not able to
do that or do not ever put your full foot down on the ground, you either have or are
developing an energy field disorder that could affect your body's spinal health,
hormonal balance and bone health as well.
How to use Walking to balance, rejuvenate and heal the Energy field
There are three axes in the energy field. These have to be in the right position for the
body and mind to be balanced, stable and strong.

1) Bringing the Center back into its natural position
2) Right-Left Balance
3) Upper Body-Lower Body Balance
1) Bringing the Center back into its natural position
When you walk, you need to feel the energy propelling your body forward
originating in your belly. Many people are propelled by energy from their upper
body or even neck and head. This is not natural, and we don't actually benefit from
any exercise by using up Upper-Body energy for the whole body's needs.
The propelling has to be from deep within your belly. The energy is from your
center.
To do this, you suck your tummy in a bit and throw out your legs heel first as you
walk. In a few minutes you'll find yourself feeling more energized than tired by the
exercise and this indicates you're doing it right.
2) Right-Left Balance
Now that you've got your energy flowing from your belly - not from anywhere
higher, you can balance the energy field so that it is enveloping your body properly,
and not tilted to the left or right. To do this, as you walk, imagine your left heel is
tied with a flexible string to the center-point of your body (the center of gravity of
your body - or if you stood withint a big transparent ball, the point in your body
where the center would be). You also imagine a string tying your right heel to your
center-point.
Now as you walk feel the pull of the strings from each heel, first relaxed, then
taut, then relaxed, then taut. Without any extra effort you'll notice your shoulders
moving forwards alternately right shoulder to left heel, left shoulder to right heel as
you walk. This is because they have gotten connected up with the rhythm as well.
What you are doing is balancing your energy field so it moves back to the center in
case it as moved to the right or left. You have to actually try this exercise to see how
wonderfully it works.
3) Upper Body-Lower Body Balance
The two exercises mentioned above do a lot to center the energy field. In addition to
them, for those who need to align their upper and lower bodies together so that
there is no rift between physical and mental or emotional energies, no energy
conflicts within and so on, the following exercise is great.
You need to do the two above exercises, but now walk backwards.
You might feel like a child walking for the first time. You could find yourself
unable to walk straight, falling over to one side or another. But once you truly get
control of your own body really, you'll find it all a breeze.
After you've walked backwards for a while, you close your eyes and walk backwards.
You simply work out how many steps you can take in a direction without banging
into something, close your eyes, feel your feet on the floor - feel your center
connected to your heels - and go.
When you've gotten comfortable with that, you walk forward, with your eyes closed.
The three exercises above have more benefits than I can mention here. To put it
simply, practising these regularly can keep you healthy, strong and balanced almost
indefinitely. These exercises heal spinal problems, metabolic and hormonal imbalance, various
psychological and emotional problems (simply by balancing energy levels) and can
revv up athletic performance, sexual performance, mental performance - the ability
to react quickly and so on. These exercises keep the entire body oxygenated,
preventing and resisting cancer, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, poor blood circulation,
chronic allergies and skin problems, weak immunity etc. You just need to try them
to see for yourself.
