Transitional Cell Carcinoma is usually diagnosed rather late as it is often mistaken for infection or incontinence or a urinary problem. It is a result of a breakdown in cell health and immunity generally in your dog's body, but showing up around the bladder specifically - perhaps because of weakness in the area or way too much pressure being on the organ through the years. Now, cancer anywhere in the dog's body need not be too far gone to be reversed and it is relatively easy to heal if the entire system is supported and cell health encouraged.

In the Energy Field (the field of holistic treatment that we specialize in), Bladder cancer or Transitional Cell Carcinoma is very simply a result of a long term energy block around the spinal cord or lower back area of the dog's body. This causes an energy - something like electricity - surge or drain around the bladder, urethra and rectal area. This erratic energy supply here causes cells in the area to weaken in the face of constant fluctuation, and eventually a weakness means some cells do not get enough energy and start decaying on a large scale. Transitional Cell Carcinoma (TCC) is usually a result of certain blocks - as mentioned above- in combination with an energy conversion imbalance between current physical energy and growth energy in the dog's body. When energy that is meant to be support and give impetus to growth gets diverted into physical energy it means some area of the body is not getting the energy it needs to develop and some cells there get 'stranded' and fall ill or die. In the opposite case, energy aimed at physical energy, instead of getting spent then and there playing or exercising, hangs around in the cells getting used in hyper cell reproduction or cell division and can also lead to a similar problem.

Problems with the bladder can be accompanied pain or ache in the limbs or around the ribs, with lessened athletic ability as a result, and very often in the case of a dog in his or her growing years, a slower rate of growth. A good rub down every now and then gives the circulatory system and the growth energy in the body a boost.
