Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a situation in which the nerves in the hands and wrists (median nerve and off-shoots) are strained. The connections between the nerves and the muscles which actually do the work get tense with the continual strain and the nerves translate this tension into pain or ache. Sometimes, if the fingers are constantly at a higher level than the wrists, the blood cannot flow down into the fingers easily and this causes further complications.

There are two things to do to heal Carpal Tunnel Syndrome;

1) Massage the hands regularly (even inbetween work if necessary). This gets the nerves in the hands relaxed and the muscles toned. The only first aid you'll ever need is a bottle of oil - any carrier oil at all - with a few drops of an essential oil you like. Lavender, Sage, Holy Basil and Rose are all great muscle and nerve relaxants.

2) Balance the Energy Field
