Holistic ways to heal Chronic Nervous Trembling
Chronic Nervous Trembling is an uncomfortable demoralizing condition for many all over the world. It is simply the nervous
system being somewhat out of sync with the muscles it controls. This can happen for many reasons but its root cause is
treated quite easily.
The Nervous System causes trembling as a means of bringing the body back into control after experiencing some sort of sensory
overload, or overwhelming experience. This could be something as simple as a rush of cold wind, or something as impactful as
a powerful chemical in the system.
Nervous Trembling just before or after a strong emotional experience is normal as the energy body balances out the energy
surge experienced.

When we have chronic and unexplainable nervous trembling it means
- some part of us is not in sync or properly connected up to the nervous system, and our body is trying to do that again and
again.
- the energy field is weak, depleted and unable to recover quickly enough from intense or strong experiences leaving the
recovery for later.
- we are being constantly bombarded by a strong deep emotion, physical sensation or foreign substance in the body
Noticing when the trembles start could be helpful in finding out what causes it specifically. But if you are not able to do
that, practicing the exercises mentioned below, to strengthen your energy field and rebuild the connections between muscles
and the nervous system, will help.
Holistic ways to heal Chronic Nervous Trembling;

1) Practise breathing in deep and slow.
Hold your breath in for as long as you can without hurting yourself and then breathe out slowly. Now hold your breath out for
as long as you can. Spend atleast 10 minutes twice a day doing this, and you will find your breathing rate becoming slower
and stabler.
When your breathing rate stabilizes, the nerve endings which connect with muscles relax and balance.
Blocks in the energy field get released and communication between various body systems becomes faster and clearer.

2) Practise sensory awareness
This means, be very aware of how your body is reacting to stimuli - hot, cold, smooth, rough, vivid, gentle, loud and so on.
As we become used to processing inputs from our senses in the moment, we stop having to have delayed responses to them later
on.
You can practise sensory awareness any time anywhere. Just sit back and be aware of how your body is responding. Its
wonderful. In just a few days you will find your nerves so much more stable and our confidence increased as a result.
