Anemia is unstable or fluctuating oxygen in the blood. This means fatigue and dysfunction for the body because just about every process in the body requires a stable supply of oxygenated blood. Taking iron supplements addresses just one of the many possible causes of Anemia - iron aids the stability of oxygen in blood. There are many more physical triggers of Anemia, but all have these in common;

An example of this conversion can be seen in the blood circulation in the skin. In reaction to a sudden change of temperature, blood cells will use stored energy in the area to push into the capillaries - making the skin flush up. This is also what happens in the case of a poisonous bite or skin, the blood uses its energy reserves to rush in to surround the affected area with antibodies to fight the infection before it spreads. This makes the area red and sometimes swollen (water brought in to isolate the poison). It is also what causes the sexual organs to react to stimulation and triggers off all the resulting 'experiences' in the nervous system.

This energy conversion needs to be happening in a balanced way. If there is an imbalance in this conversion, the body is not able to react with the environment and it causes problems with sexual function, blood purity, digestive and urinary function as well as actual weakness of organs in the lower abdomen.
