Anemia is unstable or fluctuating oxygen in the blood. This means fatigue and dysfunction for the body because just about every process in the body requires a stable supply of oxygenated blood. Pernicious Anemia or 'Malignant Anemia' is Anemia that is thought to be caused by the lack of a substance called 'intrinsic factor' that makes it difficult to absorb Vit B12. This further results in Red Blood Cell ill-health in the blood. This goes on to cause the blood not to be able to receive and hold oxygen properly.

Whatever the exact physical cause, any imbalance of oxygen in the blood can be brought back to balance by energizing the self-balancing property of blood. In the cells of the blood, there is a constant conversion of energy from concentrated stored energies around the body into energy that can be immediately be used immediately by various organs. An example of this conversion can be seen in the blood circulation in the skin. In reaction to a sudden change of temperature, blood cells will use stored energy in the area to push into the capillaries - making the skin flush up. This is also what happens in the case of a poisonous bite or skin, the blood uses its energy reserves to rush in to surround the affected area with antibodies to fight the infection before it spreads. This makes the area red and sometimes swollen (water brought in to isolate the poison).
