5 Simple Effective ways to stop Hair Fall
Unnatural Hair fall (alopecia) happens when the scalp is either ill, imbalanced or too busy fighting infection, to keep the hairs embedded in it supplied with the nutrients and energy they need. So effectively stopping hair fall means healing and balancing the scalp, reversing the causes of scalp imbalance.

1) Hang your head over the side of the bed, or just bend over so the crown of your head is facing the ground.
This little exercise literally causes the release of excess energy from the head as the polarity of your body changes temporarily. It also sends blood to the scalp - which if your hair has been falling drastically - your scalp really needs urgently. Doing this twice a day for about five minutes each day will make a big difference.
2) Dry your hair in the sun.
When hair is wet, the scalp is usually wet too. Drying your scalp in natural sunlight means your scalp gets truly dry all over, instead of the pointed heat attack (with the strong electric energy field) your hair dryer usually makes.
This also has another HUGE benefit. Sunlight corrects Vitamin D imbalance and most other hormonal imbalance in the body. When you dry wet hair in the sun, the water in your hair first captures solar energy, bathing your hair cells in it literally. 3) Give your feet a treat.
The human body, like every other bio-electric energy field in the universe has its similar ends (or nodes). Because these are similar points, they are at opposite ends of the body. The opposite point from the head or scalp are the feet, and the soles of the feet in particular. If the scalp has excess energy in its pores, making it unable to do its job of holding hair in, one easy way to relieve this excess energy is to pull it down the body to the other end. Soaking your feet in hot water, or in cold water, or massaging them, or even lying down and focussing on them intently will cause energy to move down from your scalp, giving it the rest it needs. In most cases of hair fall, the feet are at the same time somewhat energy deprived and could swell up or change shape a bit, hurt, feel sore and so on. So it makes complete sense to give them some attention now.

4) Stop exposing yourself to music that is just too loud for you.
One of the physical responses to sense organ overload, is shedding of hair. In most cases the sense of hearing, which uses various parts of the brain to process sound, reacts to extremely loud music and strong vibration in the head by throwing the excess vibration out towards the scalp and back of the head. This naturally heats up the scalp and this could go on to cause hair fall, not to mention hair that breaks easily, hangs limp and looks like its had an electric shock. It has!

As the stomach churns and digests the food, the activity of the brain is just as colorful giving you strange vivid dreams.
