Breast Soreness can happen for one of three reasons;

1) Emotional or Psychosomatic stimuli - Feelings of being unable to manage the situation anymore and performance pressure etc can cause the nerves around the chest- the heart and breasts to get tense and give the sensation of pain or soreness. This is the most common cause of breast soreness or breast pain. Simple awareness of what we are feeling every time the soreness appears is all that's really required in this case.

2) Muscle stretching - At certain times through the menstrual cycle, the lymphatic tissue of the breasts has some fluid retention and then comes back to normal after a few days. During this swelling and returning to normal, the muscles that hold the breasts in place have to stretch and then adjust back. This exercise can cause strain and soreness in the breasts. This can be addressed by massage and rubbing to soothe the nerves and energize the muscle. When this doesn't relieve the soreness, Energy Medicine to repair the lymphatic tissue and local muscles takes care of the soreness.

3) Endocrine (Hormonal) Imbalance - The Breasts depend on timely hormonal triggers from the endocrine system for their health. When there is an imbalance in the endocrine system and the hormones oestrogen, progesterone and oxytocin and testosterone are in imbalanced quantities, the cells in the breasts send out panic signals as breast soreness or breast pain. This is the most common cause of chronic long term breast soreness or regular breast pain, and requires endocrine system rehabilitation to effectively heal.
