Breast feeding problems arise because of one of the following causes;

1) Emotional or Psychosomatic causes
When we have had a life of stress that has caused tightening in the chest muscles as a sort of ongoing habit, it becomes difficult to breast feed. A lack of emotional security and feeling of trust in one's surroundings can put us on 'high alert' making chest muscles tense and unable to allow the process of breast feeding - which requires relaxed muscles. We just need to 'let go' of the tension in the chest and just have faith in God to take care of everything. Just look at the beautiful little creation of joy in your arms, and instead of worrying just admire, and adore and love. Realize the fact that he or she has been made so beautifully and been born after conquering so many odds. Nature will take care of everything. 2) Endocrine (Hormonal) Imbalance
Breast feeding depends on the timely release of hormones from the brain (The endocrine glands there). If there are blocks in the communication channels between the breasts and the brain or for some reason the endocrine system is so imbalanced it isn't giving the right signals at the right time, there could be problems with breast feeding. An imbalance in the Calcium metabolism processes of the body could also cause breast problems, and healing the endocrine system takes care of this problem as well.

3) Blocks in the Milk ducts of the Breasts
This is common in first time mothers, and requires learning to relax and allow milk out. Once the baby learns to suckle properly, the problem is usually cleared out. Applying castor oil on the nipples after feeding and washing it off before the next feeding helps to draw the milk out. Massaging around the nipples so the whole breast actually relaxes also helps.

4) Mastitis
Mastitis is an inflammation of the milk ducts in the breasts. It happens because of too much or too less energy in the cells here. Either way the cells here under-perform by allowing infections to develop or over-perform and get inflamed. This is a disorder of the immune system in conjunction with the lymphatic system and both these systems need to be supported for healing.

5) Long term Energy Field Blocks
These long term energy field blocks arise purely because of stress over the years. Much of the trauma we experience without being aware of fully shows in the body as tension or tightness in the chest. These cause most breast and heart problems.
